The types of yachts sold on our site fall into three categories

Full Sale
If you plan on selling the entire boat, that will be listed with a yacht broker and simultaneously listed on our website as a fractional boat. If we are able to sell all the shares of your boat before you find a single buyer to buy the boat that will trigger a sale. You will need to fill out a form here and tell us about the boat and we will refer you to a yacht broker who can help you with the listing and the sales process. Boats that are sold through our fractional program will be managed by our professional yacht management company. All buyers must agree to this before purchasing. The fractional owners will be able to take advantage of all of our membership benefits including exchanging shares of usage with other members and there boats.
Partial Sale
If you would like to continue owning a share of the boat but would like to sell a percentage of it. This is for people that are looking to take some equity off the table and reduce your annual expenses of the boat. In this case we could sell as little as 20% and as much of 80% of your boat. Once you sell more than 50% of the boat you must agree to let us manage the boat and you will no longer have full control of how the boat is managed. Please fill out this form here and tell about the boat.
The question is do we use a Yacht Broker if they using less than an entire boat I still think the answer is yes, but is it are you at Broker or do we refer out?
