Yacht listing fee or Seller fees:
We do not take any of the brokers commission that is charged to the sellers of yachts. The yacht brokers will keep all of the commission and split it with the buying and selling brokers.
We will collect money from the buyers. We will also receive a 10% commission on the yachts annual expenses as a management fee.
All yachts listed and sold on the website must agree to be managed by us.
People that are just using our fractional marketplace website to buy or sell an individual fraction of a yacht do not have to be in our yacht management program.
Buyer fees:
Fractions under $500k 5%
Fractions under $1 Mil 4%
Fractions over $1 Mil 3%
The least expensive boat we will allow into the program will be $1 million in value so a 25% fraction of that will be $250,000 and the buyers commission would be 5%
